Memories of Frank Howell

Frank Howell first visited Studio W in November of 1995.    We found him to be a delightful personality who enjoyed sharing his love of life with us.   A loss, to the entire world of art, occured when Frank died in November of 1997, in the month that he was scheduled to return for a second visit to Studio W.  We miss him!
