Receptions for these artists will be at the Studio W gallery Friday night 5:00 to 8:00, and Saturday afternoon
from 1:00 to 4:00.  The artists will be present to greet their fans, admission is free and the public is invited.



 

June 2005

Saturday, June 4th and Sunday June 5th

The "Dallas Divas" - Two non-objective abstractionists & one realistic impressionist  Featuring Carolyn Riegelman, Wanda Wilkins and Darnell Jones.  (see the images and read more about this reception below:)

Receptions for these three artists will be at the Studio W gallery from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. both days, Saturday and Sunday.  The artists will be present to greet their fans, admission is free and the public is invited.

July 2000

Saturday July 2nd and Sunday July 3rd

Studio W is proud to present the 7-piece sculpture exhibit of Christian artist Kyra Jenkins.   These 7 pieces tell the entire gospel story from the Creation to the Death & Resurrection .   You are urged to see this unusual and emotionally moving exhibit for yourself.   The image shown below is from the first of these 7 sculptures.

A reception for this artist will be at the Studio W gallery from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. both days, Saturday and Sunday.  The artist will be present to greet the public.   Admission is free and the public is invited.

Then------

Saturday July 23rd and Sunday July 24th

Studio W will host "The El Paso Connection", featuring three artists who have lived and painted in the El Paso, Texas area for many years.   These artists are well know in that area, not only for their painting skills, but also for their untiring efforts on behalf of the El Paso Art Association.   The artists are: Krystyna Robbins, Carolyn Lankford and Bob Adams.   Examples of their work is shown below:

A reception for these artists will be at the Studio W gallery from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. both days, Saturday and Sunday.
Music will be provided by Charles Clary
 The artists will be present to greet the public.   Admission is free and the public is invited.

And Finally!  -  August.

For the final artist's reception of the 2005 season, we are featuring one of the best.   Silver City, New Mexico artist Tom Holt will visit Studio W on the weekend of August 20th & 21st.   First we'll show you an example of his work, then give details about the show.

Pretty stunning isn't it?   Tom will have a reception and showing of his work at the Studio W gallery on Saturday & Sunday, August 20th & 21st, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. (both days).   He will be present to greet his many admirers, and will present a gallery talk on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.   Charles Clary will provide the music both days.
